KC Structural Ltd. is a complete building envelope restoration and waterproofing company founded in 1991. Our company has enjoyed controlled growth over the years by building safety as a core value and by providing our industry with quality workmanship and a high level of customer service. We specialize in following:
We Offer
– Foundation Waterproofing. We are certified applicators of blind-side waterproofing systems by Soprema, Tremco, Carlisle, and W.R. Meadows among others.
– Hot Rubberized Asphalt waterproofing and roofing systems (Bakor, CCW, Tremco)
– Cementitious waterproofing systems, including storm water retention tanks and water treatment plants (certified applicators of Gemite and Edco technologies)
– Vehicular and pedestrian traffic topping systems, including parking garage, mechanical room, and balcony coatings. We currently own various shot blasting machines for surface preparation.
– Sheet metal flashing. Our own equipment is capable of braking sheet steel up to 16 gauge.
– Supply and install Green Roofs(variety of different types)
– Installation of Expansion Joints(we are approved applicators of Watson Bowman Acme)
